Holiday Visa Extension

• Current valid holiday visa

• Proof of continued sufficient funds

• Updated accommodation proof

• Reason/motivation for extension

• Application submitted before visa expiry

Permanent Residence

Requiremnts

• Minimum of 5 years of continuous legal residence

• Proof of stable income or means of self-support

• Clean criminal record throughout residence

• Medical fitness certificate

• Proof of intergrationinto Namibian society

Citizenship Application

Requiremnts

• Permanent residence for the required period

• Renunciation of previous citizenship ( where applicable )

• Demonstrated knowledge of Namibian laws and culture

• Good character and clean record

• Oath of allegiance to Namibia

Domicile Assistance

Requiremnts

• Proof of intension to reside permanently in Namibia

• Physical presence and establish ties in Namibia

• Proof of property ownership or long-term lease

• Valid immigration status or permit

Duplicate Birth Certificate

Requiremnts

• Full name of the person named on the certificate

• Date and place of birth

• Identity document of the application

• Affidavit explaining reason for replacement

• Next of kin details ( for minor applicants )

Duplicate Marriage Certificate

Requiremnts

• Full name of both spouses

• Date and place of marriage

• Identity documents of both parties

• Affidavit explaining reason for replacement

• Marriage registration number (if available)
